Terms of Service

QuillDesk is a macOS application for AI-assisted proofreading. By purchasing a subscription or a lifetime license you agree to the following:

• Orders are processed by Polar (polar.sh) as the merchant of record.
• The Cloud subscription includes a monthly allowance of AI improvements and can be cancelled anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• The Lifetime license is perpetual, is validated on your device without depending on our servers, and requires your own OpenAI API key for AI features. Lifetime is non-refundable once the license has been delivered — see the refund policy.
• Abuse of the AI proxy (automated scraping, resale, or circumvention of quotas) may result in access being suspended.
